“My third stay at this lovely hotel and I shall definitely be back soon.”
I have stayed here a few times, and in a different room each time, and happy to say that the same quality of presentation and cleanliness is present each time. It's a super hotel, easy to check-in and out, quiet and yet convenient for both the front and the town. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Aber. Having a public car park just opposite is a real bonus too.

“Greta location”
Great location, very near the seafront promenade. The information about parking was extremely useful - North Road nearby is free to park in, but can fill up. The room was good, with a good amount of tea and coffee making kit.

“Fantastic Guest House”
Fantastic accommodation. The Guest House was gorgeous, clean, spacious and perfectly located, and only 1 minute walk from the prom. Great instructions and information on parking.

Lovely accommodation just off the sea front. Clean, spacious rooms and worth the price. Breakfast not provided and this is well advertised and there are plenty of options available locally.

“Beautiful property, room, location and spotless.”
The guest house is in a perfect location, opposite parking, short walk from the sea and the centre, but quiet residential area. Lovely property, excellently decorated and spotlessly clean. Super easy instructions for entry and just a lovely comfortable room. Out of all accommodation we have stayed in, in Aberystwyth over the years- our son lives here- this is our favourite and wished we had found sooner!

“Lad & Dad Wales Tour - Night 1”
The location is great. Not to far from bars and restaurants, but far enough to be so quiet at night. Very easy contact less check in. Simple clear instructions. The room... was great. Large, cosy, clean & comfortable. I had room 4, a twin. It was perfect. Confy bed, plenty of storage, generous tea/coffee supplies. The bathroom was also perfect...large space, spotless and a huge bath should you want one... Had a great night's sleep... We stayed here on the first leg of my Lad & Dad Wales tour... and I world not hesitate to stay again... Thank you
