Lovely house, plenty of space for us, lots of nice touches (soap, towels, condiments, games), clean. Great, prompt communication from hosts and easy access to key. Great location, only 30 mins from Pen-y-fan, lots of shops, pubs, fish and chips, etc nearby. We will book again next year!

“First rate holiday house.”

Hill House was well equipped, comfortable, warm and clean. A minor hitch wherein the bunk beds were not made up (Owner misread the booking details), was put right within an hour of calling the owner. The cleaner came out specially on her return from a shopping trip to Cardiff and sorted it out quickly and efficiently in a friendly manner. Not at all put out. The garden has a nice elevated seating area for summer evenings (not used on this cold wintry January visit!). The welcome manual listed many local attractions and several cycling and walking trails.

The location was perfect for us as we were visiting family within walking distance Our host decorated the house with some Christmas decorations and a tree to make it festive for us 🎄😊

A great home from home. The house is beautiful with lovely set out rooms. My boys loved the board game selection. A fully stocked clean kitchen. The most beautiful view from the front of the house.

Place was lovely and nice quiet area. Would stay here again. Lovely designed house.

A word of warning to folks planning on booking this property. The chap who runs this “peer to peer” rental property is the epitome of the wrong way to do business and treat guests. Greedy and short sighted, quoting “policy” to justify the fact that he’s willing to take bookers money and offer no understanding to individual circumstances even within 24 hours of booking, and months in advance of a planned stay. Pitiful behaviour. I’m loathe to leave negative feedback, however I feel people need to be aware of the type of person they are dealing with before booking this place.
