Located just 15 minutes’ drive from the picturesque Colwyn Bay, this charming, family-run, Grade II listed building dates back to 1706 and boasts 2 acres of private grounds. It has striking Gothic-style features, an honesty bar, free internet and free parking. Rooms at Ffarm Country House are elegant and traditionally furnished, and each benefits from a TV, tea and coffee making facilities, and an en suite bathroom with bathrobes, slippers and a hairdryer. Some rooms are ideally catered for families and there is a luxury ground floor room for guests with mobility issues. Evening meals can be arranged and range from simple meals to fine dining - please contact the property to make a reservation and discuss menu options. The area that surrounds Ffarm Country House is perfect for walking and cycling, and you can go fishing and dry-slope skiing nearby. Chester is a 50-minute drive away, and the edge of Snowdonia National Park is around 30 minutes away by car.

“Luxurious Country Hotel”
The host greeting at the front door as you check in automatically puts you at ease. The country house is luxurious and boasts a snooker room and honesty bar to aid relaxation. The bedrooms are differently themed and suitable for a disabled individual who is wheelchair bound. The rooms are comfy and clean. The cooked to order breakfast served in the dining room with locally sourced food is amazing. Staff are gracious and friendly. Wonderful stay.

Wonderful quiet location just out of the village and easy access to the coast . Beautiful building and garden area with lovely decoration , super comfy bedroom and friendly hosts . Excellent breakfast .

Hemingway Luxury Double or Twin Room - Second Floor
The spacious twin/double room features soundproof walls, a tea and coffee maker, as well as a private bathroom boasting a walk-in shower and a bath. This twin/double room has a seating area, flat-screen TV, garden views, as well as chocolate for guests.
Venice Luxury Suite - First Floor
A very spacious room that serves as the Ffarm's bridal suite or family room. The room includes 2 additional single day-beds that serve as comfy sofas to watch the large 40-inch flat-screen TV. For families the room can accommodate up to 2 children on the day beds plus one infant in a cot but child supplements may apply (please see section on child policies) The advertised room rate is for 2 adults and includes breakfast.
