The property is in a beautiful location and very easy to access from Abergele town. Supermarkets were just a 10-minute drive away, which was very convenient. The house itself was spacious, perfect for a family of four, and overall provided a comfortable stay. There are also plenty of attractions within an hour’s drive, making it a great base for exploring the area.

“Wonderful little house in quiet surroundings.”

This small house is very quiet and has a flock of sheep as neighbors. Nevertheless, Abergele with a large supermarket is not far away. Everything you need was there and everything worked. Unfortunately, there are only few closets and some of them are filled with utensils. The last 100 meters to the house should not be driven in a lowered sports car, as it is not paved and has two ruts left and right. With a 'normal car' that's not a problem.

I have recently returned from staying at this beautiful cottage, nestled in the Welsh countryside! This was part of my sisters 30th birthday present as we were zip lining across Penrhyn Quarry. Cerys was so accommodating, sending all of the directions/check in details across the day before, and was kindly really responsive when we had a quick question on arrival. All of the small touches in the cottage were something my sisters and I commented on, as the little things make such a difference. Welsh crisps and chocolate in the kitchen, with milk, tea, coffee and sugar. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need for a stay, along with two very decent sized bedrooms. We sat with a full cooked breakfast on one of the mornings, in the sun looking out over the countryside. A perfect weekend getaway, would highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing break and wanting to explore North Wales. Diolch!

House is in quiet country setting but still close enough to all the major attractions in Colwyn Bay and surrounds. We particularly enjoyed Bodnant Gardens and Colwyn Castle. The house is well equipped for self catering and there are adequate supermarkets in nearby Abergele, as few minutes away by car, where you can shop for provisions. Our hosts were kind enough to have the basic essentials such as tea, coffee, milk and sugar available in the house on arrival.

Location excellent. Beautiful setting and easy access to countryside and local amenities. Hosts very responsive to minor maintenance issue.
