Very clean on arrival. Great location. Great communication regarding entry to the park and obtaining the key. Everything you need for cooking and dining, etc. Comfortable beds. A lovely caravan, we will book again.

Spacious, clean, had everything we needed. We had the option to check in sooner which is a bonus especially if you're travelling with a child. Booking and collecting the keys was super easy! The caravan is great value for money! I have stayed in others at the same price that don't have central heating. Given that we went mid November it made it the stay alot more cosy! The caravan is near a park which again with a child is really handy to have. The club, swimming chippy is all near by too. We had a lovely time. I would definitely recommend and already planning to return in 2026.

Hosts were easy to contact and explained everything. Caravan was lovely . Site was lovely couldn't fault anything. Would go again 100 percent

Easy check in. Lots to do around the site. Market and fun fair directly across the road. Arcades, cafes and bars within walking distance. Good routes to other local areas ie Llandudno, Colwyn bay, Conway etc

Thankyou for a lovely short stay, caravan was lovely and clean we did arrive early but was even allowed to leave car parked by caravan, excellent service beds lovely comfortable and clean, nice big caravan with free WiFi too Clean caravan site, family friendly lovely place to stay thnakyou again i hope to book again in the future

To say its a caravan that takes pets it was remarkably clean, had everything u could need. Lovely caravan.

Location was amazing so close to tir prince market, park, Knightly’s etc Was very clean beds made up for us Check in was from 4pm but got a message we could check in from 11.30am which suited us as we were already in Towyn

The caravan had problems with the heating and gas when we first arrived but this was sorted straight away after contacting the owner.Instuctions sent to book in were clear and helpful and booking .com also kept me informed.It was easy to get in contact with the owner.The caravan was clean but the settee was well worn but I understood this because it was suitable for pets.The caravan was perfect for the children because it was directly by the park and football area.The bathroom in the caravan was very spacious and beds comfortable with quality bedding.The extra toilet was a bonus.The children were pleased that the caravan had reliable WiFi.I was pleased I could park the car by the side of the caravan.
