Excellent guest house. Mike and Del were very accommodating. My friend and I were staying in the only 2 rooms and both rooms were very spacious, clean and fully functional. Everything had been thought of. Even the glassed milk in the fridge was a nice touch with room teas/coffees. Bathroom (and shower) were huge. Location - 20 min walk downhill into town. You are on one of the artery roads, but its not too busy and pretty quiet at night. Good access to the main roads out of town. Parking - Space at the side to park (off road) and if no space left you can easily park for free on the main road outside the property. Nice, local pub just 2-3 mins walk away. Small Morrisons 3-5 min walk. An OK breakfast option too if you want it.

I had a lovely stay with Michael and Del, who are wonderful hosts. They gave me a warm welcome and lots of useful tips on the local area. My room was spacious with a really comfortable bed. There was even a small fridge, which was much appreciated. Very good breakfast and private parking in front of the house. I highly recommend it.

I liked everything - a near-perfect stay and the Hayward's were excellent hosts. The full cooked breakfast was a delight after a very long day prior. For a one night business trip stay or longer, highly recommended.
