Overview
Situated in the heart of Highland Perthshire, this elegant modern guest house has been designed by an award-winning architect. Guests can enjoy delicious homemade food, free Wi-Fi, and free parking, surrounded by beautiful hills. Each room has picturesque views of the garden and surrounding area. Guests who select with 'breakfast option' are provided with a continental breakfast including Dunkeld smoked salmon, homemade fruit compote, pastries, a selection of cereals, Aberfeldy porridge, organic yogurts and Glen Lyon roasted coffee. The kitchens are equipped with fridge-freezer, microwave oven, toaster and kettle, giving guests total flexibility. Guests also have the option of 'room only' availability. The Steading is 3 miles west of the market town of Aberfeldy, in the Upper Tay Valley. Pitlochry Rail Station is a 25-minute drive away, and Loch Tay can be reached in around 15 minutes by car.

“Enjoyed the stay, but would look for more space next time.”
Location was good. Light and airy with good views from windows. Small, especially kitchen area,but expected that being a loft. Very clean and plenty of hot water.

“Stylish but not super practical”
It is in a lovely area, very convenient for walking in the Highlands and also close to aberdeldy and Kenmore for eating out. The Steading and the gardens are also picture postcard pretty.

“Private , comfortable short stay”
Private self contained accommodation. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed, hot shower with good pressure! Lovely highland soap company toiletries . Delicious and plentiful breakfast left for us. Stress free parking.

A self contained flat. We enjoyed our stay at the Steading. Close to the Hotbox which was our primary reason for staying.

Another lovely stay at The Steading. We love the nearby Aberfeldy which is within easy reach by car to beautiful walks and sights. Room was spotlessly clean, beds were super comfortable. Breakfast as ever was lovely. The room had everything we needed.
