“Stunning location close to village and all you need but private enough to see all the Scottish wildlife you can imagine”
The location was beautiful and great for us as family with dogs. The house was so well equipped for every occasion and lovely welcome gift/basket. We loved it and are returning.

“A magical and therapeutic holiday.”
This is a magical place, so peaceful and cosy. Kate and the team are fantastic and so responsive to messages or questions. The cottage is incredibly well equipped, clean and super functional as a home from home. The beds are comfortable, the bedding soft, the roll top bath is a dream. The hardwood flooring is perfect for pets during winter months as they are super easy to clean and products are provided. It is super quiet and on an evening we had visiting owls, listening to their chatter was adorable. We had local deer visit often and a couple of horses came to say hello most days. We have had a wonderful Christmas sat around the open fire and will be rebooking!

“I was looking for somewhere special for us as a family to celebrate my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary and Middle Lodge”
Beautiful location, very peaceful with lots of privacy. Very well equipped, clean and tidy 😊 free standing bath and underfloor heating in the bathroom was amazing.
