Overview
Balnearn House is a family-owned B&B set in the beautiful Tay valley in the heart of Highland Perthshire. Surrounded by its own garden, it offers rooms with flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi. Breakfasts are freshly prepared and include a selection of both cooked and lighter options. Guests can enjoy a homemade granola or freshly made pancakes. Overlooking the garden, all rooms come with tea and coffee making facilities. They all feature either en suite or private external bathroom facilities including high pressure showers and Scottish Fine Soaps toiletries. Set in a Victorian building, the Balnearn House offers a spacious sitting room, where guests can relax in front of a roaring log fire. An off-street private car park is available to all guests.

We loved our stay at Balnearn House. Such a beautiful home & the bedrooms are incredible - comfy, cosy but also spacious and tastefully decorated. The cooked breakfasts were delicious. Great hosts too! Would highly recommend to anyone. A home from home.

We had a delightful stay at Balnearn House which provided the perfect jumping off point for exploring the local area and the distilleries in Aberfeldy and Pitlochry. The breakfast was amazing and both my friend and I said it was probably the best we've ever had staying at a B&B. Would highly reccomend!

Clean, welcoming, good breakfast and close to both the town of Aberfeldy for restaurants and shopping. I can highly recommend the Inti. Also at the start of the walk at the Birks of Aberfeldy which I also recommend as worth the effort but do it counter -clockwise unless you like lots of steps.

“A lovely experience in a beautiful setting”
The house is beautiful both inside and out. The room was spacious and clean and we had everything you could possibly needed. Breakfast was simple but delicious. The hosts were very welcoming and knowledgeable. There is a lounge where you can relax overlooking the gardens.
