We felt at home the minute we walked into the property. Perfect location for local amenities, beach and train station, all within short walking distance. Car parking directly outside property. Balcony with fabulous sea view.

Absolutely everything was perfect. Beds and pillows very comfy, Kitchen had everything you need and more. Shower pressure fantastic. Lounge sofas perfect. Felt like home away from home.

There is a a lot, just confused from where to start. The property is exceptional, located in a very quiet and beautiful area of Aberdour. The property was very clean. The Kitchen was literally equipped with all the appliances and kitchenware you require. Something which impressed me most and never seen before is that every appliance or gadget was serviced and labelled before our stay there. This really caught my eye as it shows how truly responsible are the hosts. The views are amazing, both from the terrace and living room. Host Anne was very responsive, one night we need fire starters for the fireplace and within 2 mins, I see two kids at the door. Parking is good, we always parked in front of the door for 5 nights. Not sure if Im missing something but overall, this is definitely your place to stay if you want to be close to Edinburgh and at the same time, enjoy the peaceful views and neighbourhood around Fife.

Location was very quiet. I got my own parking cone and I slept in one of the most comfortable beds I ever slept in.

The property was very clean and had everything we needed for a weekend away. Only a five minute walk to a lovely restaurant. Comfortable beds and a lovely wood burner. Definitely recommend staying and we will hopefully return in the summer to enjoy the balcony

The bedrooms are a good size with plenty of storage. The kitchen,dining,living area is big enough for as many or few people to spend time together. Also the door from this area means the rest of the house is quiet so if wee ones are up early the rest of the family can stay asleep.The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking. We had sunshine so the rooftop was ideal for sitting out with an amazing view. The property is furnished to a very high standard.There were high chair and travel cot for the baby to use.

Beds were extremely comfortable, rooms were very spacious. Views of the Forth were absolutely stunning.

We had the most fantastic stay. The apartment is beautiful and spacious, and had everything we needed. It was quiet and the views across the Forth to Edinburgh are fantastic. It is close to the beach, shops and lovely paths. We highly recommend it!

House was lovely. Was cold on arrival, but heating issue fixed on the Monday. Kitchen wasn't the most well equipped when we arrived, but host was responsive and organised for more kitchen utensils which was appreciated. Communication with host was efficient. Parking in the street was bit of an issue - lots of construction taking place around the house so road was busy and noisy - but overall a lovely location close to the shops and beach and was a great base for visiting our family over Christmas

We loved the house everything wonderful, I received a wonderful reception from the welcome team at the house, choose house because it was on the sea side, on Sunday we took a wonderful walk to mountains, that even from the house you can see them, I order your stay there too much. My heart was filled with joy when I came to honour my 30 at the reception. Thank you very much 🫶🏼🙌🏼🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

“Beautiful house in a great location with sea views, close to the beach, train and bus links.”

Location is wonderful. Just a couple of minutes walk from the beach, in the quiet village of Aberdour, and just 5 minutes walk to the station with train direct to Edinburgh. We loved the seaview from the the living room and terrace. The house is beautifully decorated and furnished throughout, and very comfortable to stay in.
