The hospitality and warm welcome extended by the hosts were exceptional. They made me feel comfortable throughout my stay, and the property is truly a wonderful place to stay. Highly recommended.

I’ve stayed at Jays Guest House several times, and it has always been a consistently good experience. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, and the breakfast is filling. The self check-in is particularly convenient if you prefer flexibility and want to get on with your stay. The hosts communicate clearly and are always helpful. Having access to a shared kitchen is also a great bonus, especially if you want to save money by cooking rather than eating out.

The location was perfect, parking at the rear was also great . Lovely hosts, very easy self check in due to the video WhatsApp I received. This is a gem of a place and I will stay again next time I am up in Aberdeen.

This wee gem of a place was everything we were after travelling up to Aberdeen for the football match for my father's birthday so was ideal for pittodrie stadium also a very kind card and Chocs were left for his birthday in his room and as it was a horrible cold rainy day my husband and myself along with my 6 year old were very grateful for the heating being turned on b4 arrival it was just what was needed plenty of facilities here bed was comfy room was clean breakfast was amazing overall a great wee place we will book again xx

Good location, clean room, parking spaces, very nice host and nice breakfast.

Location was perfect for daughters student halls and for transport to city centre. Brilliant to have used if kitchen, lounge, car park as well as private bedroom and huge bathroom. Locally made crotchet and gift cards was a lovely touch
