Overview
These luxury suites look out over a quiet garden square in Aberdeen city centre. Each stylish suite has free Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, a king-size bed, and a flat-screen TV. There are 2 suites on the 1st Floor with a Balcony area (The Studio Balcony Suite and the 1 Bedroom Balcony Suite). In addition to this, there is the Patio Suite which is situated on the lower ground floor. Only the 1 Bedroom Suites can accommodate a rollaway bed (or cot) for a child up to 12 years old. Craibstone Suites are 200 metres from the shops, bars and restaurants of Union Street and 800 metres from Aberdeen Rail Station. The suites are in a historic building and mix original features with modern luxury. Each one has a flat-screen TV with over 50 channels. Craibstone Suites offer the facilities of a 4-star hotel with the convenience and privacy of an apartment.

I have stayed a few times now at Craibstone suites. Always try to get a room with patio/balcony, again this was fulfilled. Rooms do get quite stuffy so being able to open balcony door is a plus. Location is very good.

“Frequent Guest - Love Craibstone!”
Always love coming back to Craibstone Suites, location is great, and it's always quiet throughout the whole building. This was the first time we've stayed in the 1 bed apartment with the balcony, and I can't see us booking away from this room again, just the perfect space.

This room is situated on the lower level of the property and has access to an outdoor seating area located at the front of the hotel via a shared private entrance. It can be set up as a super king or twin and has a dining area, kitchenette and bathroom.
One-Bedroom Suite
This large suite features a separate living area with a sofa and a bathroom with either a bath or a shower. This is the only suite that can accommodate an extra bed (or cot) suitable for a child up to 12 years of age for a supplement of GBP 10 per night, subject to availability and by prior arrangement.
One-Bedroom Suite with Balcony
Providing guests with their own furnished balcony, this suite has a separate living area, bedroom and bathroom with access from the living room to the balcony.
Solo Room
This compact attic room offers views across the gardens of Bon Accord Square. It is recommended for single occupancy but can also be a cosy double.
Studio Suite
These suites feature an open-plan layout with kitchenette and dining area. One of the Studio rooms is located on the lower level of the property and has access to an outside seating area via a shared private entrance.
