Communication for access was clear (there is no reception). The room had kettle, fridge and microwave which meant you could be self sufficient if you didn't want to eat out all the time. Close to the main city centre.

“Nice place good price”
Nice clean room good price the only downside is to get you key you have to put in the combination the numbers are faded and very hard to see with poor eye sight this is big deal as you simply can't in to your room if you cant see the numbers

The location is good. It was a pleasant surprise to find a wee refrigerator in the room, as well as a microwave, plus a kettle. The room had a nice window, and the staff respond quickly.

“Very good stay ideal location”
Location was brilliant for shopping & eating out. Close to everything u could need or want. Room good could do with a refresh but had a fridge, on-suite, tv & coffee. Bed comfy & cleaned every other day with bedding & towels. Full kitchen you could use. Easy access to hospital

Have stayed on several budget hotels on Crown St and this is probably the best. Easy automated check in, great location, everything worked including the heating, would return

“Good hotel was expecting a run down hotel but was surprised by the room. Will stay again. The price”
The bed was quite low and squeaked but didn't effect sleep. Shower was on the small side but did it's job. 9/10
