This is an modern, spacious, comfortable, clean apartment on the groundfloor. Located close to the city center, the private parking space in front of the apartment was a big plus for us. From the apartment to Mercat Cross / Union Street = 1 km. From apartment to Morrisons supermarket = 500m. So we could do everything on foot in Aberdeen. The owner is a friendly person and communicates clearly, responding quickly any questions.

“I have stayed at this property for 20 nights with my family, we will definitely comeback.”
I liked the freshness of the property and cleanliness all the rooms and the bathroom superb. Private parking always available for you and parking for visitors as well. The place is very quiet. The email instructions about getting the key and opening and locking doors were straight forward and easy to understand. The host was friendly to check up on us if we settled well and if we needed anything and also responded well to our call. The place looks more beautiful than it looks on the photos.

“Very easy, comfortable and enjoyable.”
The apartment is well laid out and practical. Close to town but in a quiet area well serviced by buses, taxis and walks. Felt completely safe walking into town or to the supermarket just up King Street. Football on the Saturday night had the occasional cheering and singing (4 goals to Aberdeen) but you had to open the back door to hear it. Great location for Pittodrie and the beach as well as town. Bed was comfy and shower was brilliant.
