“Had to leave the hotel the same night didn’t actually stay there”
The windows didn’t open, the ac was broken the fans they gave us were bad and also the heated floors in the bathroom didn’t turn off so when u walk in the room it was like u were in a oven

We paid or a superior room and received a standard whe we complained he said that it was booking . Com that chose room and I would need to complain to you I stayed last time and had a nice superior room but his time was awful so won’t be staying Asian they didn’t even apologise

I stayed for 2 weeks they upgraded the room to a suite which was spacious and made the stay much more relaxing. Location is super and everything was perfect to be honest. I can’t complain at all.
