Excellent property. Warm, cosy, fantastic facilities for a short or extended stay. Free parking pass was a lovely surprise and saved a lot of money. The location is on a quiet residential street within walking distance of local amenities or the city centre.

“Good holiday in lovely Aberdeen”
The flat was lovely, modern and clean. Good size bathroom and good shower. The bed was lovely and comfy. Very well equipped with everything you need. The location was great. Although we had a car we used bus as was only a minute walk to stop and buses ran often. Never waited more than 3 minutes for a bus. If you’re fit it only takes around 10 minutes to walk into city. From the front door turn right then go down path to bus stop. We didn’t realize this path was there for about 3 days.

Very clean and with great kitchen accessories. Very quiet, easy access to city & grocery stores. The parking permit was very helpful.
