Fantastic size, suited us a family in transit attending a graduation ceremony. Grateful for washing machine and clothes airer as we’d been travelling. Clean, well appointed. Owner very helpful with our concerns about deposit ( see below).

“Huge Apartment but too far away from restaurants and shops”

My Cosy At the Ocean Good: Very large apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one shower over bath and the bath is very high, so a bit difficult to get in and out for older people). Lifts to the fourth floor, lots of security codes to get in the unit complex, unit and rubbish storage area.   Washing machine/dryer combination. Large clothes drying rack.  

Great location for both town centre and exhibition centre. Great views over Aberdeen and close to the beach. Easy check in and out. Comfortable stay and clean apartment with all facilities needed. Good size bedrooms with adequate room for our travel cot. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

“Lovely place to stay”

A very light, roomy apartment. Beds were very comfortable, lounge is spacious. We had everything we needed in the kitchen area, with tea, coffee, sugar and little milk pods provided which was nice, as well as liquid soap dispensers in the bathrooms. Plenty of cutlery and china if you need it. There are great views. Easy walks to the beach and into town both of which take about 20-25 mins. Wi-fi was good. Hosts were helpful and check-in/out instructions were clear and accurate.

Clear instructions for arrival and key collection; one of few apartment blocks with a lift (godsend with a lot of luggage!); perfect location within walking distance of town, beach and supermarkets; allocated parking space; really comfortable apartment, well maintained and stocked with kitchen essentials. Had a good work space with comfortable seating and the washing machine came in handy. Quiet - not a lot of disturbance from the seagulls, despite its close proximity to the beach (have stayed in other apartments where the noise from seagulls has driven me to distraction!).

“Why pay for a cleaning deposit if it is not clean? Trust your customers?”

Beware of the cleaning deposit! Hosts do not answer, when you object to paying deposit. While already receiving payment for the room. Hair in the freezer and also in the refrigerator. Door of the dishwasher can not open without damaging the cupboard or floor. Tub needs cleaning! You can not repair your TV furniture with adhesive plasters! And expect a deposit from your customers anyway. More pictures available if needed. Far away, walking trough a poor neigboorhood before reaching appartment.

The apartment was spotless, well equipped and very comfortable, perfect for what we needed. Mercedes was incredibly helpful and accommodating, and the communication was great. The instructions for accessing the property were very clear and easy to follow and the parking space was great to have. I'll definitely check to see if the flat is available next time I am visiting Aberdeen and hope to be back.

The house is situated in a comfortable neighbourhood. Leaving and getting home was easy as a bus stop was outside the apartment complex, with taxis also available. What I loved the most was how quiet the house was, and the views from the living room. It was quite serene. Everything we needed was also provided, all you really needed was food which we easily got as there is a Morrison's about 10 mins walk from the house. The city centre and the beach is also quite close to the house with many fun activities to do.
