Neil was very accommodating regarding the arrival time. He was very kind and helpful. The room is very spacious and has great facilities! There was a kitchen on same floor with a hot water tap and complimentary cereal, milk and water! City centre is a very short walk away. I was able to park there whilst i was doing my kiltwalk which was very kind! Can highly recommend this guest house.

Very clean, warm and good location

Room was clean and comfortable. We stayed in room 2. Nice to have a common kitchenette to use with a fridge in the room. Great to have parking on site.

“Nice stay in Aberdeen”

Neils was very welcoming. He and his wife live in the ground floor with two cutie dogs (don't worry, the dogs don't hang-out in the rented apartment). There are 6-7 rooms, I don't recall. The room is spacious enough for two people and the bathroom is huge. The kitchen is not fully equipped to cook, but you can prepare a quick and cold breakfast or a cold dinner such a a salad. However, you can get some cookies, cereals, milk, tea, coffee and water from the kitchen :)

Good facilities although never used them. Good parking, though only 4 spaces. Great location at back of Union Square.

Neil is a great host. Guest house is wee gem in Aberdeen!

We had 3 rooms, From booking to checking in Neil was so helpful and kindly let me leave my car while we ran the ultra marathon at Duthie Park. The rooms were great and the kitchen area was absolutely brilliant to let us store stuff, cereals milk water etc provided too. would 100% recommend stay again if in Aberdeen

Very close to the mall, bus station, train station. And city centre. Close to everything you need, you won’t regret it

Lovely little room and a nice kitchenette with tea/coffee and bottled water which I wasn't expecting. Neil was very accommodating to an early check in for me. Parking available as well which was perfect. Would highly recommend and would stay again next time I'm up in Aberdeen!
