The kitchen staff, reception and restaurant staff was very good They really tried to assist us as much as possible to make breakfast and dinner good. Security staff was very good and friendly.

“I regret staying here”

This hotel is in okay condition. The staff are friendly but uncoordinated. For example, the room I booked included breakfast, but they told me on arrival that this was not the case. It was resolved in my favour. It’s an overpriced hotel, meaning they see fewer check-ins. As a result, the facility is rented out to the public. You will encounter workout groups in the hotel as early as 7 a.m. It’s generally a very noisy place. Not only did they have people working out every morning directly by my window, but on one occasion, they rented the hotel to a group of people who threw a party. I came back to find everywhere too noisy. They promised the party would end at 10 pm but later said 10:30 pm. This party didn’t end until midnight when I could no longer bear it and returned to the reception to insist the party must end! (see picture and video attached). By this time, it was past midnight. I asked for a refund. They suggested changing my room, an offer I found insufficient since it would mean moving to a cheaper room for the same price without any refund. In fact, I regret staying in this hotel and think maybe I should have been warned. This is why I’m doing this review: I rarely do them.

Resort had so many facilities, although old they were all functional...swimming pool also very good, Room was simple but clean enough.Staff were very helpful as much as they could.The game arcade was also a favourite. Room service was also good enough cash and card options available.Air conditioning was also very useful.

Pool was gr8. Location perfect with adequate parking. Check in staff were gracious to help us with early check in. Experience was very good
