“Perfect stay in a lovely village”

We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay for two nights. The accommodation was perfect, great to have our own entrance and a generous parking space. Large room with great TV, and tea/coffee facilities. Our breakfast was lovely, the homemade marmalade was amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our chats with Sue and Nigel, this made our stay extra special. We shall be back!

Wheelwrights is a wonderful place to stay. A fantastic welcome by Sue and Nigel , who look after every need. Very comfortable and clean accommodation and excellent breakfast. Perfect location in the centre of the village with private parking. Abbotsbury has lots to offer and is a great place for a base whilst exploring Dorset. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and Sue and Nigel made it extra special with their kind hospitality.

A back room in a lovely 400-year-old cottage with a modern bathroom and cozy beds. The hosts are wonderful and are doing their best to make your stay as agreeable as possible.

The cottage and surrounding village are picturesque and beautiful. The bed was comfortable, the room was immaculately clean with good facilities. Breakfast was a delight. We had a wonderful stay at Wheelwrights. The accommodation was very comfortable and there was plenty of room. Sue and Nigel are perfect hosts, very welcoming but not at all intrusive. They were very helpful in giving us information about the places to visit around Abbotsbury and beyond. This helped us to make the most of our three days in the area. Abbotsbury is a beautiful village and we loved our time at Wheelwrights.
