A beautiful holiday property, very clean and with everything you could need, plus lots of helpful extras like washing liquid, cleaning kit, and plenty of loo rolls (definitely not the case in places we have stayed before). The hot tub was wonderful once we'd worked out how to set the fire and keep it going (100% user incompetence 😁) Henry welcomed us on arrival, was there if needed and made sure everything had been OK when we left. We had a really lovely time and will definitely visit again.

“Exceptional barn conversion”
Exceptional barn conversion. Brand new with lovely furniture and beautifully decorated. The wood fired hot tub was amazing! Very friendly welcome from Henry, great communication. Peaceful rural setting with just a short drive to a lovely village with great pubs. Convenient for Alton Towers.

The barn was very clean and spacious. It was comfortable with all the extra touches that make your holiday, relaxing, easy and memorable. The host was very helpful and welcoming. Fantastic wood fired hot tub and lovely peaceful location.

“Homely , comfortable, clean and beautiful with the best hosts”
This is the best barn we have ever stayed in ! It’s beautiful ❤️ if we could move in tomorrow we would ! I went for my 40th birthday celebrations with my husband and my 2 daughters and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. The hot tub is amazing! It’s so comfortable and clean! The hosts are lovely and couldn’t do enough for us. We will definitely be back ! Thank you
