Facility: Very cosy , great garden, nice room with own private balcony / terrace Position on the Coast Smeralda: You are enjoying the country side at Residenza Nialiccia and you are at the same time such close to Porto Cervo , just 10-15 min by car , but also you reach so quick in another astonishing golf nearby

“Perfect place in Sardinia”
Wonderful family, peaceful location, short drive to the beaches. Very nice renovated rooms with a garden and outdoor shower.
