The flat was extremely clean with lots of brand new fittings! The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. Host was very responsive and helpful. Overall a great place to stay and we would book again.

Helpful and friendly host, very convenient location with shops nearby, easy access to public transport, and the flat itself is very nice and tidy. The rooms are spacious and well furnished and it has most of what you'd need for a stay of any length. It's very much like a home away from home, and made our time very comfortable.

Spacious, new, well-appointed (kitchen and bathroom fitting impressive!). 10 mins walk to Abbey Wood Elizabeth line then 2 stops (7 mins) to Excel. Perfect for a 4 day conference there.

I liked the location: within walking distance of the park and forest and the lake. There are large shops nearby. The bus stop is 1 minute away, which is very convenient. We really liked it. We stayed here for almost a month and are very pleased that we chose this apartment.

The property is nice and the owner is really kind to our last minute booking. The place is very clean, cozy and you can feel at home. There is no need for an aircondition because it’s really fresh.

Family of 5 stayed for 3 nights. The apartment is spotless with stocked with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Very good location 10 min walk from Abbey St Station.Sainsburys across from the station was perfect .We really enjoyed our stay here and would recommend the apartment

Abbey downs is located at the end of the new Elizabeth line so its a direct line to Heathrow. Location wise is very convenient, you'll have to navigate one flight of stairs but after that unit is on one floor. Near groceries and other convenience. Large Family/living room

The property is located near transport hubs and in close proximity to shopping centres and mall. It is well maintained with modern facilities such as dishwasher, fridge, and washing machine. WiFi is also available for free. A very good property, worth the price.

We originally booked another apartment when on arrival the host did not meet us and left us sat for over an hour with no contact, we booked T lodge at the very last minute. Within seconds of us booking I had a phone call to confirm, we arrived at the apartment 10 minutes later and was met by the owner, he was lovely and helpful, even sent me a text giving me bus information that I needed. the apartment was spotless, lovely quiet area, everything we needed was supplied, complimentary tea and coffee. We couldn't have asked for any more. Thank you so much for saving our weekend from being a complete disaster. Highly recommend this apartment.
