“Ideal for an overnight stop.”
A good place for an overnight stop. The service and accommodation were good, what we've come to expect from an Ibis hotel. We ate with a group of 11 in the evening, and the food was excellent and good value for money. The out of town location was also good, with car parking no problem.

“Great value, great welcoming staff”
Last minute booking en route and not disappointed. Bit out of the way, but easy to get back to autoroute. Lovely helpful staff. Room is compact!! But that is why the price mark is low. Breakfast was good and fresh. Rooms immaculately clean and fresh bedding.

“It was a good hotel to stay in on outskirts of the town”
Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and presented well. Room was adequate a bit on the small side but ok for the one night stayed there. Dinner was good and reasonably priced. Parking was easy and safe There was a nice outside sitting and eating area

Chemin De L'aviette in Givet is hands down the best château experience we’ve ever had. From the moment you arrive, it feels like stepping into a film set — beautiful surroundings, incredible atmosphere, and pure relaxation. But what truly makes this place unforgettable is the host, Daphnis. Absolute legend. Friendly, welcoming, hilarious, and genuinely makes you feel like royalty from start to finish. Nothing is too much trouble. And the food… honestly, where do I even begin? Every meal was unreal. Fresh, full of flavour, perfectly cooked, and probably some of the best food we’ve ever eaten. Michelin stars should be nervously checking over their shoulders. If you’re anywhere near Givet and don’t stay here, you’ve played yourself. 11/10 experience. We’ll 100% be back. 🇫🇷🍷🏰
