“Great place with a warm welcome”

A great place to stay, near the centre of Abbeville. The owner goes to great trouble to look after you. We had an excellent lunch at La Corne, which she had suggested. We especially recommend the cosy studio with its charming views of the large garden. All in all, a good base from which to visit the Bay of the Somme, which is spectacular.

An interesting property with free parking nearby. Our host made us feel very welcome, the bedroom was comfortable, the kitchen well equipped and the bathroom pristine. We had ordered a home cooked dinner to heat up from the extensive menu, which was delicious and breakfast the next day was just what we needed to set us up for the day´s travelling ahead. A lovely overnight stop!

A lovely property located in a idyllic spot and close to central Abbeville which has a number of restaurants, bars and there is also a large supermarket opposite the property. The apartment was nicely decorated, clean, warm and had everything wevneeded. The kitchen contained all the appliances and cutlery required to cook and dine within the apartment. Florence is a fantastic host, very pleasant and knowledgeable on the local area. She cooks lovely local cuisine ans sells locally sourced French food that you can buy and take home with you. An absolute gem, that we would certainly book again on our way back to Calais and I forgot to mention that that property is pet friendly.

Great location with a short walk into town and all the bars restaurants and shops. There is a huge garden that is beautifully maintained and a pleasure to explore; so tranquil considering the urban location. We had a super breakfast of fresh local produce yoghurt, fruit cheese, pastries and jams; Florence asked what we would like for breakfast from a number of options the night before and it was all delivered direct to our room; what more could you ask for!

Good location, quiet, wonderful gardens and an excellent breakfast. Allowed us to park our classic car inside their gates, off the road. The host, Florence, was very attentive.

This was our second visit to Au jardin des deux ponts. Our first one was a flying one, and we didn't see much of the garden. This time we stayed in the studio apartment with a view of the garden and a balcony. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 nights in this little piece of heaven. The studio was fully equipped and very cosy. Florence was a fantastic host and very friendly and made our stay very enjoyable. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay again.. Great base to explore the Baie de Somme and its surrounding
