“Authentic, rustic, calm and close to nature”
Really authentic, rustic and comfortable. We had everything we needed and Stani was very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. Outside there is a private terrace and sunbeds in the garden. You can sip wine at sunset and look at the vine yards. Lovely. The apartment is big.

“Picturesque location”
The host was very kind and welcoming. The apartment was clean, beautifully furnished, and very comfortable. Every detail was special and unique, which gave the place a truly charming atmosphere. We really felt the authentic countryside spirit of Tuscany. A wonderful stay that we would gladly recommend!

“Beautiful small studio-style stay on large property with great location in Toscany”
Everything! You're in a small studio-style part of the house (completely independent), with all amenities (cooking stove, utensils, living room, bedroom, bathroom, sofa-bed in living room). The inside is very tastefully decorated. There are two such studios in a larger house, the owner lives on top. The property has a large beautiful garden, with several sitting areas, lots of space to play or relax, a barbecue, ... The owner, Stani, is very amiable and helpful, any problem you have he'll solve immediately.

“Beautiful location in Tuscany”
We loved the location of the apartment. Perfect to explore Tuscany. The apartment is quiet quirky and has an amazing spa bath which is lovely after a day of exploring. The garden is amazing and was full of beautiful little daisies. There’s a BBQ and an outside table. We spend a lot of time outside. Layla and Bella the dogs were just the sweetest and we became fast friends! There’s also chickens and peacocks. The kids loved it!

Great location with a beautiful garden surrounded by fields of vines and with views across the plain to the Tuscan hill towns. Host extremely friendly, generous and helpful plus his two dogs were really friendly and his chickens and peacocks were a nice different touch. The use of the garden and barbecue facilities was great. The garden was full of quirky corners and great to explore

“♥️ Best stay ever. More than just an accomodation ♥️”
In short: absolutely recommendable. No complaints, everything wonderful. Long: A wonderful environment, a beautiful accommodation with a beautiful garden, adorable pets and the most important: an open and warm-hearted, but also discreet host, who made the stay the most beautiful, which we could experience in our three-week vacation in Italy. The apartment is well equipped, absolutely clean and lovingly furnished. Stani was promptly there to help with any inquiries. He has a great knowledge of the area and gives great tips. The place is also a good starting point to visit the many sights in the area. Even the lively Rome can be reached comfortably by train in 1.5h, if you want to leave the car. Stani, thank you very much for everything! You gave us a few unforgettable days. We came as guests and left as friends. See you next time!
