Nice area, good for morning walks. Good lunch and dinner opportunities. Good food for reasonable price. Good location to visit Macerata, st Loreto, Tolentino and the Adriatico beach is 30 minutes away.

The hotel is located on the premises of a beautiful, quiet, historically interesting place: a Cistercian abbey. The staff were extremely kind and helpful and the communication with the hotel prior to our visit was just perfect. We requested, in advance, a reservation at their restaurant and this allowed us to enjoy a pleasant evening in the open air. Our upper-floored room overlooked the main yard of the abbey. The bed was comfy and the bathroom had all the necessary amenities it should provide. Thank you La Foresteria, we hope we'll come back again one day.

“Good location but certainly not worth what you pay.”
We just stopped over- night on the way to Padova. The hotel location is good near the town of Macerata. The room was very basic with even more basic breakfast and certainly not worth their rate which I think is over-charged.
