“Superlative standards. Minus the smile.”
I had been in this hotel before and I was already acquainted to its superlative standards. The overall design of the structure is magnificent, the decor (and Xmas decorations on this occasion) delightful. Every ambient oozes beauty, good taste and care. Food is glorious, both at the restaurant and the handy bistrot. A special mention for the breads quality and selection and the impressive butter logs. Spa facilities are simply top notch and, having checked out several other hotels in Abano, I can comfortably state this is the best hotel i have visited. The overall structure is looked after meticulously and it is clear to an expert eye that the "mechanics" of each and every department are managed to the highest standards of the hotellerie... managed so tightly, indeed, that ....

“Done”
Breakfast was fine and not too over the top line the buffet. Who could eat all that and then the rest of the menu. Some appetisers were richer, than the first and main meals. For me offerings were undervalued because of poor menu planning. And all that food served at 1915, like a shark frenzy and if you come 20 minutes later there is nothing left. This makes for a rather unpleasant dining experienceIMHO

It was very hot in the rooms to the point of discomfort, the air conditioner didn't work! When we spoke to the reception we were told that this was according to the law during this period (which is completely untrue, in the shade of the shade we stayed before and after the air conditioner worked!

“Greate place for a relaxed stay with a book at the pool”
>Great pools and spa facilities like saunas and massage pools - clean, renovated, not overcrowded (in July), a lot of space and options for guests to spread across the hotel and sunbeds. >Good renovated rooms with comfortable beds. > Many massage options to choose from though we didn’t get to try it. > A lot of parking spots, many in the shade. > Walkable to “city centre”. > Nice reception (thought overloaded). > Good pool bar with very welcoming staff. > Good quality breakfast, thought will be boring for more than 5 days. > They let you use the pools and spa even after the checkout which is super nice. > OK gym, not overcrowded.

“Wonderful hotel and staff, but very large deposit required.”
Wonderful stay in a convenient location. We were visiting friends in Padova, who dropped us off and picked us up throughout our stay, so I cannot comment on how convenient the location is for taxis or public transport. One night was not enough! The hotel facilities are outstanding and pure luxury and an extra day to enjoy them would have been ideal! The staff were wonderful and extremely helpful despite the language barrier!

“Very close to perfection.”
Exceptional breakfast, exceptional dinner. We appreciated the very efficient organisation based on a superb buffet and extra short menu a la carte. Hotel Mioni Pezzato does not need my review to know it is the best hospitality structure in the area. The CAPEX investment in the swimming pools facilities has paid off creating multiple spaces that spread the guests so that one never gets the feeling of being in a crowded environment. We will be back.
