Our stay at Hotel Abano Astoria was wonderful from beginning to end. The staff was extremely kind, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The hotel was spotless, the rooms were comfortable and beautifully maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. Everything was truly excellent — the service, the food, the spa facilities, and the organization. You can really feel the care and attention given to every guest. We felt very welcomed and would happily come back again. Highest compliments to the entire hotel team — this is a place we would sincerely recommend to anyone looking for a perfect and relaxing stay.

Everything was exceptional: the staff was very friendly and accommodating; the food was amazing and we didn't have to wait long for it to be served; everything was very clean and nice; there were enough places around the pool to put our things, I also used a comfy changing room with toilet and shower; my boyfriend also used saunas a lot, and he liked them, too. We went there for St. Valentine's weekend, and there were cute thematic decorations, as well as a special dessert. There was also a dance night on Sunday: before dinner they offered us aperitivo drinks and some snacks, and there was a pianist playing to create a calm nice atmosphere; after dinner the same pianist played different songs for dancing, and we danced a lot until 23:30. It was super fun, and we enjoyed our stay a lot. In the restaurant the waiters were very kind and pleasant, checking up to take the empty dishes and bring us new food when they saw that we finished the previous dish. The one who attended to us the most was Luanna, and she was very accommodating and nice: we asked for a glass of wine instead of a bottle (because only my boyfriend drinks, and I don't), and she brought it to us even though from what I understand if you order wine, you order a bottle. We had a room on the top floor, and the balcony with a cool view of mountains and the pools below was a very nice touch for our stay (even though we mostly stayed in the pool).

Pool area is exceptionally nice with the ability to swim inside-outside in the same pool. Also, the staff is incredibly nice and polite. Rooms are comfortable and the beds are nice and spacious.

It’s a time warp of a hotel. We were made to feel comfortable from the first minute we arrived. Food good and staff exceptional. We will return if the second pool is refurbished.

The hotel is very clean, with comfortable beds. In a quiet area - the rooms overlook the pools and fields. The pool and spa area is lovely - clean and spacious with ample sun loungers.

Das Zimmer war okay. The room was ok. But we booked a suit.

The pool, spa, and massage treatments were fabulous . I highly recommend their spa treatments and massage therapists. Very relaxing and listened to my needs.

The service from the staff at Astoria was amazing. Every time we came down to the reception and had questions regarding bus and train times, they always stopped what they were doing and helped us with a smile. In the dining area around breakfast the service continued where the waiters always met you with a smile and asked what kind of coffee we would like. We would like to thank the sweet staff for making our stay as comfortable and relaxing as it was. The location is very good: they have a crop field as a neighbor which gave a sense of privacy and space. We loved the pool area, where there were plenty of sun chairs, and where they both have a normal pool and a thermal pool. If you don't want to stay at the pool side all the time, the hotel have a cosy garden where there were plenty of places in the shade. The hotel lend bikes for free, which is perfect if you wan't to explore Abano and surrounding areas. The hotel was also very clean. Each day a maid came and cleaned and tidied our room, which was super nice to return to.
