Pool, Yoga were included in the price. All the kitchen facilities were there. There were one cafe from the hotel with a good prices and very nice coffee, drinks and food.

We had a fantastic stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. The apartments are well equipped and very clean, pools are great, playground for the kids (next to a little bar for the parents!), restaurants and supermarket nearby. We'd come back anytime. Recommended!

We spent 8 wonderful days at Kora Nivaria Beach and truly enjoyed every moment. The apartment was beautiful—spotlessly clean, bright, and tastefully decorated in a modern style. Everything we needed was provided. Housekeeping came every three days, refreshing the towels and even changing the bed linens, which was a lovely touch. The property also offers several swimming pools with plenty of sunbeds and parasols, so it never felt crowded. There’s a small shop and café offering organic products, a cozy bar, a fitness room, and even bike rental available on-site. The nearby village of Abades has a selection of charming restaurants and is a great base for day trips to Santa Cruz, the Palm Tree Forest (Palmetum), the Anaga Rural Park (laurel forest), Mount Teide National Park, Los Gigantes, and more. Everything was spotless, the staff were incredibly friendly, and the on‑site security made us feel very safe throughout our stay.
