The shower was little bit hard to use and I think their waste water system was not effective. The floor became full of water if I ran with little bit more flow. But it was very clean and fresh bathroom

“This is our to go place in Aachen!”
Location, staff, design -all great. Didn't eat there but the breakfast buffet looked very tempting! Obviously it is used by the locals in town as well for the cozy bar!

The location was great. Close to the central train station and close to the inner city. That is all that is positive.

I stayed for one night and overall had a very pleasant experience. The location is exceptional and very convenient. The lobby and bar have that familiar Motel One style—modern, clean, stylish, and welcoming—which creates a great first impression. The staff were kind and helpful throughout the stay. The room itself was spotless, the bed was very large, and genuinely comfortable.
