The member of staff keeping calling me and Emailing me up today to pay aditional fees for tax. I dont know why. As far i am concern whem i book everything was paid and was not adicional fees tax inclundid. So please next time when coatumer book this plece make show you tell them the aditional tax fees or you includ the fees during the booking thanks

“Very Nice Apartment!!”

It is near to city centre and it is a nice apartment for family stay.

Great place and in the centre of Aachen. A lot of eateries and shops nearby.

It was really clean, and the location is very close to the city center of Aachen. It has a kitchen with the cooking utensils as well, which is a nice surprise.

“Aachen is an interesting place, but it’s looking a quite rundown once you get out of the cathedral and Rathouse squares.”

Good secure city centre parking, positioned close to the city centre. Some self catering facilities. Good sized rooms.

We stayed in the Junior Suite. The separate bedroom is a plus when travelling with children. Nice view from window.

Location, parking

There was no reception open at 9am in order to pay tax and for garage parking. I was then contacted later in the day asking why I had not paid ! I explained that I left at 9 am and the reply was that it was open at 10am. This is too late to open reception to settle bills!

The apartments are in a good location for the city centre and only a few minutes walk from the Weihnachtsmarkt (Christmas Market) and shops. If you have arrived by train you are faced with a 15-20 minute walk, so you may want to consider getting a taxi instead of walking (although it's mostly downhill from the station). This accommodation is self-catering. There's a supermarket adjacent to the foot entrance, and another in a shopping centre (where there are also restaurants). Both have long opening hours but ensure you check yourself for your own arrival time. The rooms we had both included a fridge, stove top, microwave, toaster and kettle, but no oven, so be careful what you buy to cook for yourself. The apartment was clean and spacious, although felt smaller than the one we had last year. The balcony area we had this year was larger, however.

Really clean - the set up of the family suite was great and very spacious. We only stayed for the night but would be comfortable for a week.

Nice clean appartment near the city centre, also in walking distance from the Eurogress conference center. Whole check in process is staff free which one has to get used to. The room itself hat complete window front, hence very light - but also everyone could check on you from the outside. You have to like that...

Good location, clean and comfortable. Nice under floor heating in the room and bathroom. Very comfortable bed. The small kitchen and the balcony were a bonus.
