“Not recommended”
No contact at all with hotel personnel. Entrance via backdoor while frontdoor is closed. Room musty and most probably not ventilated for a few days.

Dan was such a great host. He was very nice and was very approachable. The location was great. Was within the vicinity of the town center. Property was very clean. It was an excellent stay TBH.

“Crap hotel”
I booked this one because of the gym facility, which I could not use as it opened at 9:00 (I went for a 5am jog outside instead, at 3deg C)
