Good experience! I booked a room for one person, walking the camino, but even got an appartement with kitchen and balcony. Simple but ok breakfast in the morning as well.

This seems to be a family run business. It’s super clean, the people are really nice and welcoming, there is even breakfast included in the price with delicious homemade cake!! Cannot recommend this more.

Very friendly staff - I was planning an early checkout and they kindly prepared a to go breakfast the day before. Clean room, washer and grocery store nearby, everything a Camino pilgrim needs. 🙏🏻

Excellent room with proper duvet so you don’t get cold , not showers , all super clean, kitchen in the room with all needed things , great location and extremely helpful staff! Decent breakfast and only thing room generally a bit cold since heating was off already, but it’s absolutely a wonderful stay for a night or longer since it’s like a little apartment on your own!

Nice simple hotel but surprisingly comfortable

The property was in a great location. The rooms were clean, super comfortable to sleep in. Could not recommend enough. Staff were super nice and friendly and even offered us free cake in the door which was delicious! If you’re coming to A Guarda, stay here !

I have stayed in many hotels and never leave reviews normally but this hotel was the best ever! I never experienced a hotel that was this nice so that’s why I want to leave a review. When I booked I didn’t think much of it but when I arrived I was surprised how nice it was. The rooms are big, beautiful modern bathroom and everything extremely clean! And the people who work there are so nice. I think it is a family hotel and you can see they really care about the place. This morning they gave me breakfast even though it was not included in my booking. Very good coffee and breakfast. And the bed was amazing, I slept so well. Really loved my stay here and if I am ever going to be in this town again I will DEFINITELY stay here again. Thank you so much!

I’m very grateful to the hotel administrator for being so friendly and for packing breakfast for me to take away! I’m walking the Camino de Santiago, and it was very nice of him, considering that I had to leave much earlier than the hotel breakfast time. The hotel is very clean, which also pleasantly surprised me. Everything I needed was available. Muchos Gracias !

The location is very convenient near the city center and near two car parkings, shops, plus near the steps to the castro. The staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast good. The property is extremely clean. The room is over all expectations including a kitchen and bathroom, all recently renovated. A perfect stay.
