“I never stay there”
I booked this hotel by mistake so the next day while I was walking the Camino. I contacted Booking.com and I was promised That I would receive a full refund cause I didn't and could not use the room. It was in a different town to far from me . But then Booking. Com told me that the Hotel refused to refund me my money. I have traveled all over and I never got this bad service !. I will never if use Booking. Com if possible. I
