All good — the staff is great. I highly recommend this apartment 💯 It’s perfect for couples and families with kids. Every room has a TV and its own bathroom, plus there’s an additional bathroom near the living room. Very comfortable and well-designed apartment. We couldn’t figure out how to turn on the cooktop at first — it was our first time using one like this. After we sent a message, someone came within 10 minutes, which was really nice 👍, but by then we had already figured it out ourselves with the help of YouTube. Respect 🫡

“not good at all”
The staff was not competent and rude. The Hotel charged double payment and didn't refund me money. I dont like the service at all. I asked for refund and called hotel several times with proven bank statement transactions. My hotel was charged double. It seems like fraud. One guy came to my room with payment machine and took payment. On the day check out host came and charged again. No refund was issued.
