Overall pretty good experience, will definitely book again if i'm in Zvolen. Close to city center, plenty of parking, small kitchen with decent fridge.

The room is big enough with anything you need. Bed was great.

The building is located in the outskirts, but still relatively close to the center. The room was quite spacious and clean, the bathroom was made of quality materials (-we only missed the soap and a small towel there), but the kitchen stuff had to be cleaned before using it. It was great to have a fridge included, but a small coffee machine would have been useful, too. There was always sufficient parking place available.

The apartments are near the quite busy road, but not far from the town centre, app. 5 min. walk. There is not reception and you obtain your key by putting the password sended you by the owner. There is comfortable bad, very good parking and quite equipped kitchen. I recommend the apartments for those who are looking for short stay for a moderate price.

1. I was amazed the owner mister Milan is so hypocritical, he plays to seem nice but can easily cheat. We verbally agreed I'll stay for a long-term stay in this place a week ago (in 24.11.23), he promised by phone to send me a booking Confirmation for the period we talked about (Dec3 - Jan3), for the price 900 euro. In the last moment when I have already no time to look for another place - he plays as if he doesn't remember about that. He asked to pay those 900 euro with cash (!) and told me some strange thing that he has to pay 20% taxes if I pay with my usual credit card. So how is that 20 other accommodations I visited in Slovakia accepted my credit card without making any problems? In 7 years I'm visiting Slovakia that is the first time that no possibility to pay with credit card, and it has to be mentioned by this host in the booking Add description - before people make an affords to come to this place. 2. The place was dirty (I had to clean it for few hours) and there is a bad smell all the time from bathroom. 2. I gave rate 10 to this penzion a year ago, But this time I can not understand the weird attitude of mister Milan after my polite request not to knock my door. That is the basic condition in any accommodation - to supply privacy and peaceful stay. Especially when your room is so small and it is actually also your bedroom. But as soon as I asked for it - I don't receive any answer to my mail for already 3 days. I see that as an ingratitude and bad manners.

It was really warm. We stayed 3 nights early february and it was - 17 outside. It was quite, manager came to clean the snow and make sure everything was OK. Place is well looked after and managed. Only short walk to centre

The owner was flexible on the time of arrival. He helped quickly when needed. The quality of the apartment's interior is just the level I'd like to see at my own home. The kitchen is equipped with basic machines and mugs, dishes, cutleries are at the guest's disposal as well.

There was no air conditioning. It was very hot in the room. I asked for a fan and the owner asked me for 5 EUR. I think this is unjustified. I will not use the accommodation again.
