I booked a 'room' for two by mistake, and I was alone. The cost for two is more than double of price for a single. When I asked to refund me for the difference they told me that it is not possible to do it, as the booking was made by Booking.com. I have no doubt that they can fix it, if they would have the willing to help - which they don't.

Mark and Ayalet were amazing! The entire staff was so welcoming, caring and really made sure I had everything I needed. Mark went above and beyond to make sure I was okay being there by myself and was very supportive. I really felt like anything I needed, the entire staff was there and willing to help all the time
