“An awesome place to stay with fantastic views.”
The apartment is quite unique with its very tall windows and fantastic views. It is decorated with many antiques which are nostalgic to the Bata factory era. The kitchen is fitted out very nicely, with everything including a small dishwasher, microwave, high-end coffee machine, full sized oven and much more. The loft bedroom is a good size and overall the apartment is a very nice place to stay. The secure underground parking is very convenient too.

“Loft-industrial experience with nice views in the best part of the city.”
The views are amazing, the owner provides even little details as breakfast cerals, milk and beer in the fridge and binoculars for looking around the city. There were even books about the history of the city, we didnt use them but I can imagine we would on a rainy day.

“Top class stay in the very center of Zlín.”
A fantastic stay in the original Bata factory building converted to lofts. Top notch design, furniture and equipment. Breathtaking views of Zlín and Bata’s skyscraper. Super friendly and caring host, who thought of your every possible need during the stay - coffee, tea, utensils, hygienic properties, instructions… We needed to arrange MTB storage during a stay - no problem even when there are no facilities for that in the house. I was feeling being looked after much better than in 5-star Sheratons which I spent several years in on my business trips.

Super clean, amazing views and amenities! Free beer and water, snacks. every detail was just right. I travelled all around the world (New York, Sydney, Tokyo…) but this “AirBnB” is so far the best!
