We appreciated that Danilo phoned us on the way to Mozambique and that he waited for us to arrive even though we arrived an hour and a half after our estimated time of arrival. Katherina, the housekeeper was a star. She looked after us and went the extra mile by running errands and ensuring that we had fresh pau bread on request. Her friendly demeanor and positive attitude made our stay even more pleasurable. The beach was close to us and we could park the vehicle in the yard. We felt safe as the compound was well looked after and guards were on duty around the clock.
