“Paradise Found”

My mom and I really loved this house and location. Michael and his little dog Amber were wonderful hosts. We are sad to leave and hope to come stay again some time.

Lovely views, great outdoor and indoor spaces for relaxing, and a 5 minute walk to the beach. The house was clean, and had a very well equipped kitchen. Having the small pool to cool off in during the afternoon was excellent! Mike is a very friendly and attentive host. We loved that this house was located at the opposite end from the most tourist-laden part of Zipolite. It was quiet, but close enough to a few restaurants and bars on the beach. We enjoyed visiting the local grocer, and the tourist area was easily accessible by walking about 15-20 minutes or collectivo/taxi service.

A cute place which is very cheap for the amount of room you get. We loved the little pool, 2 terraces and huge kitchen! Also in a great location, close to the quieter end of Zipolite beach. Host Mike, who lives on the bottom floor, was very friendly and helpful.

great location, just far enough away from the beach bars to get a good night's rest, but close enough to walk to the action. You can hear the waves crashing from the house. The soaker pool was essential to cool down after enjoying the patio. The A/C units worked well to cool down the bedrooms. The wifi was fast- streamed Netflix no problem. The kitchen had everything you needed and even more, including 2 huge bottles of drinking water. Mike, who stays in the apartment below, (the owner/ host )was extremely helpful and on site to answer and questions and even told us about restaurant's nearby. He gave us our privacy as well. He also picked us up from the airport (for a fee of course), there isn't Uber in the area which is great, in my opinion. There are taxis as well. The family built the property with their own hands, so the do take good care of it.

It was very large with a huge kitchen and master bedroom There was a good sun terrace outside the bedroom and a marvellous shaded roof terrace. Also a cool plunge pool that was much used by us. It took just 5 minutes to get to the beach. A family home, it was generally quiet and its location in the wooded areas behind the shore protected it from noisy music from Zipolite’s night time bars and clubs. Wifi was good. Kitchen was well equipped. Mike, the host, was friendly and helpful and usually available as he lives next to the property.

Super spacious, comfortable and unusual space with a lot of character. Incredible views from the terraces and kitchen, comfortable beds. Location Close to beach and short walk from restaurants. Jesus and Gerry were super helpful. I could do zoom with the WiFi no problem, all over the property.
