The location and view right on the beach was great. The size of the room was decent.

Beachfront location is unbeatable, just walk downstairs into the sand. There's a small cafe downstairs that's very convenient as well. Super quiet and chill at night, no loud bars nearby.

I loved the fact that it was right on the beach. I loved the panoramic spectacular view from my private deck from the top floor bungalow.

Location was amazing! Cute little bungalow type accommodation right on the beach. A nice hammock and deck area to relax on out the front of room. Cafe downstairs had good food and facilities to relax on in the day time. Great stay!

Nice location basically in the beach with balcony with seaview

We were downgraded due to double booking. We still accepted the smaller and less comfortable room but never got a refund of the price difference. I have asked the manager 4 times but she has never done it. Also, the ventilator is very needed there. Ours was broken and we asked if there is another one, because it was not easy sleeping. The other one was broken as well.

“Incapable management”

It is managed from oaxaca and there is nobody at the location when you arrive there. You need to call a number and eventually somebody will arrive. In my case, I booked a room and paid it which was confirmed, 12h later I was informed that it is not available anymore and I should cancel to cheat booking. The next day, the room was available again and as I arrived at the hotel, I was told the room is not available because the cleaning lady is sick and nobody is available to clean. I was essentially left alone and could only speak with the owner via phone which seems to be incapable of managing just 4 rooms.

Amazing location right on the beach. Loved that I coulnd't really hear any noise from any bars on the beach, and just enjoyed the sound of crashing waves lulling me to sleep. Step out onto the sand and downstairs cafe for breakfast!

The location is unbelievable, you’re right on the beach and can hear the Pacific Ocean all night. it was amazing!

“Ask for the 3rd floor with balcony views”

For the 1st 2 days we had a third floor room with the balcony overlooking spectacular Zipolite beach & sunset!! The location on the beach is excellent. The people running Cafe Maya were lovely and helpful and the Cafe was good. The mosquito nets were charming and proved to be necessary.

It’s location directly on the beach is great. The room was nice. Cold shower, but with the heat that’s fine. And it’s nice that you have the restaurant downstairs.
