“nice stay at Zichron”
the location is great, just outside the old part of town. It is nice that they have a bar where you can serve yourself wine and coffee free of charge. The room is nice.

The staff was very accommodating and made sure I have everything I need. The location of the hotel is right in the center of town, close to all the bars and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, and the spa treatments were great. The hotel bar was a nice addition, with free drinks throughout my stay.

Nice quite spacious room with a big bathroom. Free bar with Israeli wine, beer - very unusual but such a great compliment for the guests!

“I will not recommend it to family and friends.”
The room did not get cleaned 1/3 days, despite me telling the girl when we were going to be out of the room. There were no replacement capsules for the coffee machine There was no phone in the room to call to the desk I asked more than once about prices of items from the spa and didn't get an answer We had to go and get replacement towels ourselves from downstairs. We were not told beforehand that the breakfast was out of the hotel at the Boulangerie... There was no parking next to the hotel despite there being parking after the gate... For the money it was not good value. The only good thing was the bar to get drinks and cookies from. The spa prices were very expensive.
