“Highly recommend the hotel, great hospitality and service, five stars.”
Like, very professional hotel, great food food and beverage service, quality menu, well maintained facility. Some cons, at night the internet was weak approx 1 bar of service. Also the taxi to the hotel could only be purchased via collectivo, no individual taxis which was very expensive.

“Great location, friendly knowledgable staff, great accommodations. I'll be back.”
Great location, beach was clean with very few vendors, and they stayed outside perimeter. No high pressure to buy activities or other services, but they were available when wanted. Food was authentic and tasty.

my girlfriend last day forgot her jacket in the hotel. we live in cdmx, and the staff in hotel promised to make a delivery to cdmx. we wait the email to confirm address for one month, but right now still not received email yet

“Definitely coming back to the Thompson!”
Breakfasts options were good. Anything we ordered was very good. All staff were super friendly, service was excellent. Lawn furniture was very comfortable. Loved the extra touch of a dining table and two chairs adjacent to our loungers. Very nice to order lunch service and sit comfortably at a table rather than eat off your lap in a lounger or have to go to the beach restaurant daily. ALSO my wife left her IPAD in the room after we checked out and were at the Airport, when hotel txted us to advise they had sent the device in a taxi to the airport. Gave us taxi #, company and to meet driver outside. We were so appreciative we paid him generously.
