“Amazing”
Breakfast was included with our room charge. We were staying for two weeks and never tired of the menu. Fresh pastries, deliciously ripe fruit bowls. My favorite breakfast was huevos enmoladas.I think my husband tried everything on the menu in the two weeks and was never disappointed. We kept coming back to Espuma for dinner even because the food and service was the best we found. We were upgraded to their best room a few days into our trip at a discounted rate because of a cancellation which was very nice of them to offer. The staff was amazing. Luis, the manager checked in on us every morning at our breakfast table. Alfredo and Victor, our main food servers, were very professional but also personable. Everyone at Espuma went above and beyond. We really felt at home and, to us, that’s a sign of a well run business. We will be back. Oh AND the view of the bay and the sound of the waves from our room and the restaurant… priceless!
