Made reservation on booking.com. When on site, no 24h reception. Staff told on phone "no english", nobody came to open door. Then they turned phone off. Had to sleep in car.

“Not worth at all”
The staff told me that we dont have a spare room despite, me booking the hotel 1 week in advance and me being a new one in the city did not know where to go at that moment, it was very difficult for me to find a another hotel and shift there, they rented my room to someone else who offred them more money

Hotel got no parking, only public parking outside, but they allow me to park my car on a hotel territory.

- Excellent value for money - New and not worn out rooms. - Good level of tidiness - Pleasant staff - Not smelly tap water. I have stayed in many places in Zhitomyr and I appreciate non-stinking tap water.
