“Good price to quality ratio. Note: the parking area is in yard, no roof above it”
You can park as soon as you arrive, before an actual check-in. Rooms and hallways are pretty clean. The most necessary things are included and work properly - just don’t forget a toothbrush & paste as well as a comb (if needed). Fine bed, soft pillow and a little to warm blanket for me. The room has an air conditioner, but there was neither remote from it nor a control unit - maybe they issue it on demand - didn’t tried as the weather was mild. The breakfast is not too diverse - soup, pasta with meat or sausage, casserole and maybe some other sweets to accompany tea or coffee. The quality of a meal was excellent, though.

“it was a pleasant and relaxing stay”
We were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff and immediately noticed the lovely, well-kept area around the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, although the interior would benefit from a small renovation. Breakfast was tasty and diverse — a classic buffet with plenty of options to choose from. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing stay.

The breakfast was pretty scarce but still OK. Overall clean. The generators were working so I didn't notice any problems with electricity while there were blackouts in the city.
