Our overall experience was disappointing and below expectations. There was a lack of communication between Booking.com and the hotel, as the hotel staff was unaware that we had booked a room for three guests. As a result, amenities and services, including breakfast, were only provided for two people throughout our stay, but we have paid for three. Additionally, the shuttle service only sent us halfway to the junction, rather than to the main entrance, which was quite inconvenient. The hotel had also promised laundry facilities, but they were locked up and inaccessible during our stay. While some staff members were friendly and helpful, others were not as accommodating. Hopefully these issues can be addressed and improved in the future.
