Rain (the host) is a lovely person who gave us a great welcome and was very helpful. He booked all of the national park attractions for us and explained in detail how to explore them. He also kindly offered us tea at various points and took time to get to know us. The hostel is homely and comfortable, and it is a great budget option for any backpackers exploring China!

Our stay in Zhangjiajie was absolutely fantastic. The surroundings are breathtaking and truly worth visiting. What made our experience even more special was Rain: a superb host who helped us perfectly with booking all the tickets for the parks, saving us a lot of time and hassle. On top of that, he served a delicious breakfast every morning, which was the perfect start to our days. Thanks to Rain, everything went smoothly and stress-free. Highly recommended!

Very friendly and helpful manager Rain ,I was given the directions and the full information support during the stay.Also I'd been provided with tickets for the entrance into the park just on arrival.The location of the property is not in the center but all is reachable within 7-10 minutes walking

Definitely one of the best places to stay if you are a foreign tourist. There are some amazing parks in the area, but it is very difficult to find your way around them due to the language barrier. Rain, the owner of the place, speaks English and explains each park, explains the procedures and routes, and of course also makes bookings. (In the parks, bookings are based on entry times, so it is important to pay attention to what entry time you make a reservation). Thanks to Rain's preliminary explanation, it is much easier to get around and you don't waste unnecessary time. And that's in addition to the warm welcome and the kind and personal treatment.

The host was very accomodating for the needs of every guest and had great recommendations for activities and food. Very welcoming atmosphere.

Has everything you need. It’s all very clean and the host(Rain) is extremely helpful. He was willing to book my tickets for the national park for me(at a discount), he also mapped it all out for me. Out of all the places I’ve stayed in China this one definitely has the most friendly host.

Rain is a fantastic host. Thanks to him we tried calligraphy and received many explanations. He helped us with the tickets for Tianmen mountain, zhangjiajie national parc and Xi'an's terracotta army. The room was very confortable and beautifully decorated and because there were few guests due to low season we were upgraded. Thanks a lot for the great stay.

The location is really good, 5 min drive from the East gate to the park and walking distance to restaurants and stores. The place is cute and the owner incredibly helpful, he helped us book all the tickets when we arrived and gave us a map he made himself. Room is spacious and has everything you need

“Central Location for a stay in Zhangjiajie”

Really great place to stay when visiting Zhangjiajie Park. The host Rain was so nice and helped us in getting tickets for the grand canyon and zhangjiajie. Speaks really good english and was very accommodating. Even offered us tea! The room itself was really great and spacious given its price. A lot of restaurants and other establishments around. Easy to get Didi from the place
