The room is very spacious and comfortable, with daily housekeeping, and we stayed in a non-smoking room. The hotel’s breakfast is very good, offering both Western and Oriental options, and the hotel restaurant also serves very good food. The Wi-Fi works well if you have a VPN. The location is perfect, as the hotel is close to the train station and about a 10-minute walk to the east gate of the park, with many restaurants nearby and around 40 minutes from the airport. The staff are also very polite and helpful.

Good location with lots to do in the town. Night market right outside. Convenience store inside. Free breakfast happy hour and drinks if staying on executive floor. They arranged English speaking guide for us ? For a fee)

Clean room. Decent facilities. Spacious hotel with decent breakfast that changed often. Staff was helpful and polite. Within walking distance to Dongmen entrance and across the river to the local shops and restaurants.

Front desk girls are lazy and avoid special request - I told one of them to help send a bottle of wine( a gift) to my room as I have to rush off for an excursion. The female staff refused citing it’s not their responsibility. I have to rush up to my room to keep it.

The location is very close to Avatar mountains and hence saves a lot of travel, as compared to staying in Zhangjiajie town. There are a lot of shops and markets close to the hotel so it was convenient to step out and grab a bite. The room was spacious and the twin beds were very comfortable.
